NAD is essential for cellular energy creation; with low levels of NAD cellular activity is profoundly compromised. We become weak, and eventually sick. NAD may help repair damaged DNA. On the other hand, NAD stimulates neurotransmitters synthesis - Like Serotonin and Noradrenaline. NAD acts at multiple levels of human physiology, energy production, neurotransmitter synthesis, DNA repair. In a way, it works to bring the body to homeostasis - equilibrium -
